Angela Campbell


Different seasons of life can open doors to various experiences that we may find challenging, intimidating, painful, or unfulfilling. Past methods of coping with daily stressors, or our way of simply being in the world may no longer feel authentic or true to who we are. I work with clients to explore and identify patterns of thinking and behaviors that are unhelpful; confront discrepancies and limitations that prevent forward movement; enhance self-love and acceptance; and ultimately empower clients to create a life that is more meaningful, intentional, and fulfilling.

My approach to clinical work is integrative and inspired by a humanistic and person-centered approach with an emphasis on cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing. I believe that people are the experts in their own lives and possess the skills and abilities to overcome barriers with support along the way.

My goal as a counselor is to provide you a safe space. One that is warm, non-judgmental, and supportive. Together we will explore obstacles, build on insight, and strengthen awareness around the many moving pieces that have an influence in your life. It would be an honor to accompany you on this journey of healing, growth, and fulfillment.
