My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you feel safe to explore emotional patterns, set meaningful, personal goals, and take real, empowering steps toward resilience and lasting change.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and flexible, drawing from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Family Systems Theory, and Narrative Therapy — all tailored to honor your unique story and the future you're working toward.
