Mandi Woolsey
MAEd, LMHCA
For years, I have served in helpful roles to those seeking inspiration, support, resources, skills, advocacy, or just a little empathy. I love to listen, connect, share, story tell, and teach. My experience has been diverse, often supporting marginalized populations. My goal as a therapist is to help clients (teens and adults) integrate body, mind, and spirit through a humanistic, mindfulness based approach. I believe limiting beliefs and old stories keep us stuck and through self awareness, all humans can make long lasting changes. Everyone deserves to heal, grow, and transform their pain.
I am also passionate about and support alternative/complementary modalities of therapy such as meditation, biofeedback, yoga, and MAPS (Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies). I believe my role as a therapist is to hold space for people to discover healing through time and willingness, while witnessing their own human evolution.
